Fall Board: Held at different locations. It is usually held the middle of September. Thursday night is early hospitality. Friday there are tours, TIE (Treasurer’s Information Exchange), PIE (Presidents Information Exchange), First timers, other meetings such as red hat society, silver foxes, etc. Saturday in the a.m. is the business meeting. Awards are given out, officers give reports, we vote on anything that is necessary. There is a lunch after that and sometimes the meeting continues for a while after lunch, but not usually. Saturday evening is the banquet, dress is business casual for this. After dinner is the foundation raffle.
Winter Board: Held at different locations. It is usually held the 3rd weekend or so of January. Thursday night is early hospitality. Friday are tours, P.I.E., T.I.E., First Timers, etc. Saturday a.m. is the business meeting followed by lunch. Saturday night is the banquet and again unless otherwise noted it is business casual. Followed by the Foundation raffle.
National Convention: Held at various locations from year to year. It is held the 2nd week in June and the days vary from year to year. Day 1: is hospitality, Day 2: States Party, with the Presidential Raffle to follow Day 3: Krekorian golf tournament, and in the evening the foundation raffle, Day 4: Memorial Service followed by the Business meeting in the a.m. Day 5: the various meetings along with President and Treasurer training, and the banquet is held that night. This banquet is formal attire. Year End awards are given out at both the Business meeting and the banquet. Elections immediately follow the business meeting. During the week there are several tours available or you can go on your own.
